Mr. Will is a member of the California State Bar, Los Angeles County Bar Association and Employment Law Division of the California State Bar. He has been an arbitrator for FINRA (formerly NASD) and the National Futures Association on several occasions. Mr. Will also serves on the FINRA Discovery Arbitrators Panel.

Education

Mr. Will graduated from the University of Pacific with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1981 and was a Scholar-Athlete in basketball. He obtained his law degree from the University of San Diego in 1985, where he was a member of the San Diego Law Review in 1984 and 1985.

Certifications

Mr. Will is a member of the California State Bar and is certified to practice before all of the federal and state courts located in the State of California, including the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Tim Will has been practicing law and litigating for over 30 years. Mr. Will's practice focuses on disputes involving securities brokerage firms, their clients and employees. Mr. Will handles customer claims against brokerage firms, employment disputes involving brokerage firms and promissory note cases.

Mr. Will's practice includes a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, trade secret claims, employment litigation, and regulatory inquiries by the SEC, FINRA and state regulatory agencies. Mr. Will has tried or arbitrated over 130 cases to arbitration award or verdict. Mr. Will's philosophy is to provide his clients with a vigorous, yet practical, representation incorporating his years of litigation experience. For more than 30 years, Mr. Will has represented major Wall Street firms, and coordinated with their respective legal departments to achieve excellent results either by way of settlement or arbitration award or verdict. Mr. Will enjoys the litigation arena and litigating cases through an award if resolution is not otherwise possible.
