Mr. Albert previously was an attorney with the Enforcement Division of the SEC.
Employment Litigation
Albert & Will provides representation in a wide range of employment litigation. We handle cases involving wrongful termination, breach of contract, discrimination under state and federal law, and promissory note disputes. Albert & Will represents multi-employer pension plans in connection with claims for delinquent contributions or withdrawal liability and with respect to claims for breach of fiduciary duty. The firm also handles claims under ERISA relating to denial of benefits.
